The General Manager Accounting will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving financial insights that support business strategy.

12 to 18+ years
CA qualified/semi-qualified is preferred.
Financial Leadership
- Lead accounting, reporting, compliance, and controls
- Drive governance and provide strategic insights
Cost Accounting
- Monitor cost variances and improve margins
- Support cost validation with procurement teams
Banking & Treasury
- Manage banking relationships and cash flow
- Oversee working capital and reconciliations
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare financial reports and ensure statutory compliance
- Manage audits and close observations
Coordination
- Align finance with operations and project teams
- Provide actionable financial insights
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the accounting team
- Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, costing, and compliance
- Proven experience in leading and scaling accounting teams
