Description

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting accounting, taxation, audit, financial reporting, and statutory compliance activities while gaining practical exposure to various finance functions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial activities.
  • Prepare and maintain accounting records and supporting documents.
  • Assist in preparation and review of financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Support GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance activities.
  • Assist in GST and TDS return preparation and filing.
  • Support internal, statutory, and tax audit activities.
  • Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing audit schedules and supporting documentation.
  • Review financial data and identify discrepancies.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Support budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for required information.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and documents.
  • Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and tax regulations.
Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.

Skills
  • Good knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Auditing.
  • Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting standards.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software/ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong academic background in Accounting, Taxation, and Finance.
