We are looking for an experienced CRM Developer to customize, develop, and maintain our CRM and collaboration platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CRM Cloud or On-Premise, strong PHP/JavaScript skills, and the ability to design efficient business workflows that meet our business needs

Responsibilities
- Customize and configure CRM, Workflows, Automation Rules, Tasks, Projects, and Workgroups.
- Develop custom modules, components, and integrations using PHP, JavaScript, and Bitrix Framework.
- Create and modify business processes using Business Process Designer & CRM Automations.
- Build integrations using REST API, webhooks, and OAuth.
- Manage roles, permissions, pipelines, and access rights.
- Perform periodic maintenance, troubleshooting, and platform optimization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent (preferred).
Experience
2–5 years in similar role
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in CRM tool development like Bitrix24,Zoho,Salesforce,Hubspot customization.
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery.
- Experience with REST API, webhooks, and integrations.
- Understanding of CRM data structure and MySQL/MariaDB.
- Workflow and automation creation experience.
- Strong experience in staging environment, Servers, Domain controls.
- Bitrix24 Marketplace app development.
- Git version control.
- Linux/Apache/Nginx server knowledge.
- UI/UX enhancement experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and convert into technical workflows.
